Course objectives:

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with following problems: Choice of plane coordinate systems in the Czech Republic. Coordinate computations using basic applications of adjustment calculus. Methods of detailed planimetric survey. Processing of results of detailed planimetric survey. Attention is also paid to area calculation of parcels and surfaces in general.

Requirements on student

Credit:
1. 5 classified tests in terms fixed by lecturer. Test evaluation will be considered within the exam.
2. Submission of all semestral papers (documentation of field work) according to plan of measurements. Semestral paper evaluation will be considered in the exam.
Examination:
Written part: knowledge of fundamental concepts and their applications. Coordinate computation.
Oral part: oriented to logical reasons of geodetic techniques and methods of measurement.
